Does registering a logo as art conflict with trademark registration?
No conflict — different angles: copyright protects the artwork's creation, trademark protects the brand sign. Doing both gives fuller protection.
What is the certificate for?
Official proof that you created the work — useful for licensing deals, platform takedowns of copycats, and litigation.
How long until I get the certificate?
After complete materials are filed, official processing time is approx. 20 business days (from acceptance); we track throughout.
Must a series be registered piece by piece?
Works in the same series can be combined into one application; we advise the split based on your works.
What if it doesn't pass?
