What is a software copyright certificate for?
Major Android app stores in China generally require it for listing (the App Store does not); it's also commonly used for High-Tech Enterprise certification, Double-Soft assessment (software enterprise + product qualification, with tax incentives) and bid scoring — and as evidence against copycats.
Is my source code safe with you?
We sign an NDA before submission; code is used only for the registration filing. The authority only needs selected pages, not the full code.
How long until I get the certificate?
After complete materials are filed, official examination takes approx. 30-45 business days (statutory examination limit: 60 days from acceptance); we track it end to end and sync progress.
What if it doesn't pass?
When the office issues a correction notice, we handle the response free of charge; returns caused by our material issues are re-prepared and refiled free.
What if I can't prepare the materials?
