FAQ
Who issues the test report?
A qualified third-party testing agency, stamped by the agency. Widely accepted for Double-Soft filing (software enterprise + product qualification, with tax incentives), project acceptance and bidding — subject to the specific agency-qualification requirements of your filing/tender documents.
Is testing the same as software copyright?
No. Software copyright is a registration certificate proving ownership; a test report is a quality conclusion. They serve different purposes and Double-Soft filing often needs both.
What if it fails testing?
The agency issues a problem list; after you fix the issues, we help coordinate a re-test free of charge. Rework caused by document issues costs you nothing extra.
Must I give the agency my source code?
Functional testing usually needs only the installer and docs; if a test item involves code review, the agency signs a confidentiality agreement with you.
