FAQ
Why is advisor filing pricier than self-service?
It adds one-on-one service: similarity search and risk prediction, class planning, and material review. Ideal for first-timers or names with similarity risks.
What does the fee include?
One price covering the CNIPA official fee and advisor service fee. A refusal review, if needed later, is a separate service billed separately.
Can you guarantee success?
No. Advisor search and planning reduce refusal risk, but examination is decided by CNIPA and blind-period data is an inherent limit — no agency can promise success.
Can individuals register?
Yes, with a personal ID card plus a sole-proprietor license, and goods must relate to the sole proprietor's scope — the advisor checks this for you.
Can I quit halfway and get a refund?
Before filing with CNIPA, part of the service fee can be negotiated back. Once filed, the official fee has been collected by CNIPA and is non-refundable.
