FAQ
High success odds — will the review win?
No guarantee. The result is for reference only. The review is decided by the official review authority, and the official decision prevails.
What is the deadline for a review?
15 days from receiving the paper refusal notice. For e-service, service is deemed complete 15 days after the document is issued, plus a 15-day filing period — an effective window of approx. 30 days. The report counts the days left for you — miss it and review is no longer possible.
Is the evaluation fee the same as the review fee?
No. This is an evaluation service (CNY 90 per run). The refusal review is a separate service that includes the official fee.
Does a low score mean it is hopeless?
Not necessarily. A low score means an uphill review, but the report suggests alternatives — e.g. amend and refile, or file a non-use cancellation (3-year) against the cited mark.
