Standard pushes alerts within 24 hours; Professional pushes on publication day, plus applicant monitoring (watch competitors), monthly reports, and human pre-screening of the first 10 hits each month. Choose Professional for larger portfolios or higher protection needs.
How does the anti-cancellation defense work?
Trademark law allows anyone to cancel a mark unused for 3 consecutive years. Archive use evidence (contracts, invoices, product photos) anytime; the system validates the five CNIPA requirements on the spot and checks 3-year coverage. If challenged, export a defense-ready evidence package in one tap.
How is multi-class pricing calculated?
Per mark, not per class. One mark counts as one subscription slot regardless of how many classes it covers.
Is my evidence kept after expiry?
Files are retained for 90 days after expiry; renew or export within that window. After 90 days they are cleaned up, so renew in advance or export early.
Can I get an invoice?
Yes — apply in My Invoices after payment; e-invoices supported.
