FAQ
Why is the original envelope needed?
The 15-day review deadline runs from receipt of the paper notice, and the postmark is the key proof. Do not open and discard it — mail it to us with the notice.
Can I still review after 15 days?
No — the legal deadline cannot be restored. For e-service it is 30 days. Contact us immediately upon receiving a refusal.
Refund if the review fails?
The review official fee is non-refundable once paid, and the outcome is decided by the review authority — not guaranteed. We run a feasibility analysis first and tell you honestly if odds are low before you decide.
Can I re-apply for the name during the review?
Yes — often recommended in parallel (dual-track strategy). Whether it fits your case is advised in the analysis based on the refusal grounds.
What do I need to do?
Mail the notice and envelope originals, upload licenses/ID, check and sign the brief, and provide use evidence if any. Drafting, filing and follow-up are on us.
