A trademark registration lasts 10 years; without renewal (applying to CNIPA to extend validity) it is cancelled and can be squatted. Renew within 12 months before expiry, or in a 6-month grace period after (extra grace fee applies). We handle the whole process.

FAQ
When is the best time to renew?
Anytime within 12 months before expiry. We recommend 3-6 months ahead to leave room for corrections.
Can I still renew after expiry?
There is a 6-month grace period after expiry — renewal is still possible but with an extra official grace fee. After that, the mark is cancelled and cannot be restored.
What does the renewal fee include?
The renewal official fee plus service fee. In the grace period, the official grace fee is added — we confirm with you before ordering.
How is validity counted after renewal?
Each renewal adds 10 years, counted from the day after the previous term expires. Unlimited renewals.
