FAQ
Does one certificate really cover 27 countries?
Yes. An EUIPO registration is valid across all 27 member states — one fee, one protection. But a prior right holder in ANY member state can oppose, so an EU-wide pre-filing search matters even more.
Does the quote include official fees?
Yes — the EUIPO first-class official fee and agent service fee. The second-class official fee is lower and billed per class, itemized before signing.
Do I need a European address?
No. Applicants outside the European Economic Area simply receive official mail via the agent's address — included in the quote.
Does an EU registration still cover the UK?
No. After Brexit, EU trademarks no longer cover the UK — register a UK trademark separately for the UK market.
What if opposed during publication?
We assess their grounds and evidence, and give response options within 48 hours (negotiate, narrow the goods list, or defend). Defense work is quoted separately and confirmed upfront.
