FAQ

Does the quote include official fees?

Yes — the USPTO first-class official fee, US attorney fee and our service fee. Extra classes are billed per class, itemized before signing. No hidden fees.

Can I register without a US company or address?

Yes. The USPTO requires foreign applicants to be represented by a US licensed attorney, and official mail goes to the attorney's address. This is included in the quote — nothing else to find.

Use-based vs intent-to-use filing?

Already selling in the US? File use-based with evidence like real product photos. Not selling yet? File intent-to-use and supplement evidence after official approval — we remind you when it's due.

Anything to do after registration?

A use declaration is due in years 5-6 — miss it and the mark is cancelled. Renewal in years 9-10. We remind you ahead of every milestone.

What if the application is refused?

After an office action (OA — the examiner's query letter) arrives, we give a response plan within 48 hours. Response work is quoted separately by workload — you decide whether to proceed.
